Returns & Exchanges

All details pertain to web purchases only.


Under the Distance Selling Regulations/Customer Contract Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after you have received your items.

Should you decide to cancel, you must inform us in writing. This should be submitted prior to returning the goods and we will accept this in the form of a return request via the website, a direct email, or if you prefer you can print and send a hard copy. You can then return the unused goods to us at the address below in a saleable condition preferably with the original tags/packaging intact (you do not have to return them in the original postal packaging).

Body jewellery and fashion earrings must be returned with the hygiene seals intact.

You will receive a refund of the item/s price plus the original postage charges within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

In the event that the goods are deemed to have been excessively handled or used in a way that diminishes their value, we reserve the right to deduct the loss from the final refund.

You, as the buyer are deemed responsible for any and all return postal charges incurred, and should ensure that you obtain a proof of postage in case of loss or damage in transit.


Body jewellery, earrings or hair colour pots are excluded from return/exchange if the seals have been broken or damaged.

If you opted not to set up an account, you can email us a request at [email protected] Please include your name, address, order number, which item/s you want to return and why. You can then return the items to the address below. Alternatively, check your inbox for the cancellation form link sent to you upon confirmation of dispatch of your order.











We understand that sometimes items may turn out to be unsuitable - for example you may have bought the wrong size tee-shirt. If this is the case, we will happily exchange items.

Please e-mail us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] quoting your order reference and reason for return, before sending it back in saleable condition to the address below.

Once we receive the goods we will issue your replacement. You, as the buyer, are deemed responsible for any and all costs incurred returning items. We will cover the cost of sending out replacements.

You can also return goods bought online to the shop in person for an exchange, credit note, or refund - please bring your order number or packing note with the goods as we will need to reference the original order.

In order to avoid the need to return items, we do recommend you try to be aware of your requirements prior to purchase - particularly with regards to the purchase of items such as body jewellery. While we do our utmost to represent items in photographs as closely as possible, please allow for a small amount of variation in colour/shade in actual received items.
