CAN I USE A ROWFERS GIFT VOUCHER BOUGHT IN STORE ON THE WEBSITE?

YES! We can exchange the value of a store-bought gift voucher for a shop credit. Simply send us an email at [email protected] including your name, the voucher number and it's value and we will get back to you. We only accept our own vouchers - we are NOT part of the high street voucher scheme.

YOU STOCK A LARGE RANGE OF BODY JEWELLERY IN STORE - IS IT COMING TO YOUR WEBSHOP?

At present our range is so large, creating listings on the site would be a mammoth task - and we are currently prioritising our busy retail environment for body jewellery sales. Having said that, adding the jewellery to the site is definitely something we are considering for the near future.

DO YOU DO BODY PIERCING?

No, we only sell jewellery, but if you are in store, our staff will happily direct you to local piercing services.

WHY CAN'T I BUY MORE OF THE CLOTHING YOU HAVE IN YOUR SHOPS ONLINE?

As we are a small independant business (with over 30 years retail experience!) we primarily operate as a high street store. In order to keep our ranges looking fresh, we tend to order branded clothing in short runs - which does mean that we cannot always list everything we have due to having limited stock.

What you will find on our website is an ever expanding selection of our best accessories and giftware items, plus our range of in-house printed t shirts.

 

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT IN-STORE VIA THE POST IF I CAN'T GET TO YOU?

Items bought in-store have a different criteria for returns than online sales so an in-store transaction is preferable. In certain circumstances, we may discuss postal returns for store-bought items however you will be solely responsible for any and all costs incurred to do so, and must ensure you are adequately covered if your item gets lost or damaged within the postal system. With regards to exchanges, you will also be asked to pay for the postage sending an alternative item out. We also must excempt any pierced jewellery (body or fashion) due to hygiene regulations.

 

WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL WHEN MY GOODS ARE DISPATCHED?

You should get an email when your item is marked as sent, and not before. Please refer to the Shipping page for expected dispatch times.
