Shipping & Returns

Below is our shipping information and returns policy. UK orders totalling less than £10 will be charged a flat delivery rate of £3.00.

All orders will be sent out Royal Mail First Class delivery.

We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, and your order will usually arrive in 1-4 business days. Please be aware that delivery estimates may be subject to change over busy periods. Orders placed on weekends, national holidays and bank holidays may take longer. If you still haven’t received your order after 14 days then reply to us via your dispatch confirmation email and we will try to trace the package or send a replacement.

If an item is out of stock or we have a problem with your order, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible via the e-mail address you have provided. We do our best to keep all stock levels up to date, but very occasionally something will slip through the net - in these circumstances, we always aim to compensate our customers quickly and fairly.



Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes items may turn out to be unsuitable – if this is the case, we promise to refund/exchange any items that you are not completely happy with. Please E-mail us within 7 days of receiving your order at rowfers@gmail.com quoting your order reference and reason for return, before sending it back in saleable condition to:

When we receive the unwanted item(s) we will process your refund or replacement. Unfortunately we don't offer a free returns service, meaning customers wanting to return items will be accountable for any postage charges.
